Motor Valley Development, a non-profit association, was established to fully capitalize on the great potential of the Motor Valley,. Its purpose is to bring together the major motor brands of the region, corporate museums, private collections, circuits, driving schools, and organizers of motor-related events around the same table. The common goal is to make Emilia-Romagna’s Motor Valley one of the most important assets for promoting tourism in international markets, as part of the “La Via Emilia – Experience the Italian Lifestyle” project.

Invest in Bologna – For Talent aims to facilitate the relocation of newly hired individuals and their families to the metropolitan area, along with our partners. It supports them not only during the settling-in phase in the new city but also by helping them access basic services in the area and assisting with various entry requirements for international profiles. Additionally, it promotes the territory and the different opportunities available for both national and international talents. Mechinno is a partner in this project.

Insieme per il lavoro is the project born in 2017 from the collaboration between the Municipality, Metropolitan City, and Archdiocese of Bologna; then in 2021, the Emilia- Romagna Region also joined with the aim of creating pathways to employment focused on individuals. These pathways materialize in guidance and support services for employment, matching job demand and supply, activating training courses in response to business needs, and providing opportunities for internships in companies, in synergy with municipal, regional, and private structures. The service is completely free for both individuals who enrol and companies seeking personnel. Mechinno participates in the project.

Mechinno is a partner of Adecco Formazione and a member of the Technical-Scientific Committee for the training course "Specialized Mechanical Designer in Vehicle Design and Advanced Prototyping Technologies," developed in collaboration with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bologna, funded by the European Social Fund, and approved by the Emilia-Romagna Region. The course is aimed at graduates (Bachelor's/Master's) in
the engineering sector and lasts for 300 hours of classroom-based training.

The Aldini Valeriani Foundation is the Industrial Management school in Bologna of Confindustria Emilia – Central Area. It is at the heart of technical and industrial history, with deep roots in a narrative that stretches far back, composed of businesses and entrepreneurs who have achieved unique expertise both yesterday and today. The Foundation is committed to creating value in our region through the proposition of innovative services aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of businesses and the development of people's skills, integrating technical expertise with managerial culture.
