On 27 November, the Mechinno HR team will take part in the Speed Date Engineering event organised by Manpower at the headquarters of Confindustria Emilia – Area Centro in Bologna. The initiative is designed to connect local companies with recent graduates interested in entering the job market.
Following an initial session introducing the participating companies, the event will continue with one-to-one speed-date interviews, offering the opportunity to meet the candidates involved in the project.
Mechinno’s participation forms part of a broader path focused on valuing young talent, developing skills, and strengthening dialogue with the local area and the new generation of engineers.
