“My advice for a path similar to mine is to continue to believe in yourself and keep trying, no matter what. Over time, the results of your efforts will be harvested, and even in the worst-case scenario, you will always gain valuable experience that could prove very useful.”

How did you learn about Mechinno? What attracted you to this company?

I learned about Mechinno through conversations with people who were already working there and got in touch. I was immediately drawn to the professionalism and seriousness demonstrated by the entire recruiting team, and I was also impressed by the fact that Mechinno is present in the most important automotive companies, not only in Italy.

What is your background and what do you think were the key skills that allowed you to join the team?

When I joined the Mechinno team in 2011, I already had 10 years of experience in mechanical design for motorcycles at Aprilia and Ducati. Therefore, I believe that my experience in the sector and my passion for automotive played an important role in Mechinno’s choice of me, in addition to other characteristics that are part of my professionalism, such as proactivity, energy, commitment, and enthusiasm.

Tell us about your role, what do you do at Mechinno today?

For the past two years, I have been working in ‘Management Engineering’ at the Lamborghini client, where I oversee the development and production of components for Thermal Systems (engine, battery, air conditioning) for all current and future Lamborghini models.

You’ve been with Mechinno for a while now. What’s your story? Do you have any advice for those who would like to pursue a similar path to yours?

In my story with Mechinno, I dedicated five and a half years to the development and production of engine system components for the Maserati client. For the past two years, as I mentioned earlier, I have been working in ‘Management Engineering’ at the Lamborghini client. My advice for a path similar to mine is to continue to believe in yourself and keep trying, no matter what. Over time, the results of your efforts will be harvested, and even in the worst-case scenario, you will gain valuable experience that could prove very useful.

What do you like most about your role and what has been your greatest satisfaction?

I really enjoy being able to oversee the development and production management of components for automobiles. One of the greatest satisfactions has been seeing the business processes of two major automobile manufacturers like Maserati and Lamborghini and being a part of them.
