Mechinno is among the companies that have participated in the “TOGETHER FOR WORK” project, an initiative born from the collaboration between the Municipality, Metropolitan City, the Archdiocese of Bologna, and local businesses, with the participation of the Emilia Romagna Region.

Mechinno Srl, a company founded in 2006 with headquarters in Calderara di Reno (BO) and a branch in Milan, providing industrial services for manufacturing companies, including design, engineering, prototyping, and additive manufacturing, has chosen to join the “Together for Work” project. This initiative involves collaboration between the Municipality, Metropolitan City, the Archdiocese of Bologna, local businesses, and the Emilia Romagna Region. It is an initiative for the integration into the workforce of individuals seeking employment, supporting their training and ensuring customized mentoring within the companies.

On July 6th, in the presence of Cardinal Matteo Maria Zuppi, Mayor Matteo Lepore, and other dignitaries, the collaboration within this project was renewed at the splendid Villa Guastavillani, the headquarters of the Bologna Business School, where Professor Max Bergami welcomed the participants. The project involves over 200 companies in the region, including Mechinno.

“We are a reality born in 2006 in Bologna, which over the years has made its way, especially in the Emilian territory. Therefore, we believe that being part of this project can represent a deserved and concrete contribution from us to strengthen and enrich the job market,” commented Fabio Di Martino, CEO of Mechinno.

The project was initiated in 2017 through collaboration between the Municipality, Metropolitan City, and the Archdiocese of Bologna. In 2021, the Emilia-Romagna Region also joined with the aim of creating pathways to accompany individuals into the workforce, focusing on personalized services such as orientation, job matching, activation of training programs in response to business needs, and the possibility of internship activation in companies. This is done in synergy with municipal, regional, and private structures. The service is entirely free for both individuals who register and companies seeking personnel.
