In order to strengthen our Technical team we are selecting an HR SPECIALIST that deals with RESEARCH AND SELECTION OF PERSONNEL.
The resource will take care of autonomously:
- Talent acquisition activities
- Preparation of job descriptions
- Curriculum Screening
- Conducting cognitive interviews
- Selection process management
- Graduated in humanistic or engineering area
- Experience gained in the role of at least 2 years
- Good command of IT tools
- Fundamental experience and selection in the technical / engineering field
- Provenance from consulting companies or recruitment agencies is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the English language
