In order to strengthen our Technical team we are selecting an HR SPECIALIST that deals with RESEARCH AND SELECTION OF PERSONNEL.

The resource will take care of autonomously:

  • Talent acquisition activities
  • Preparation of job descriptions
  • Curriculum Screening
  • Conducting cognitive interviews
  • Selection process management



  • Graduated in humanistic or engineering area
  • Experience gained in the role of at least 2 years
  • Good command of IT tools
  • Fundamental experience and selection in the technical / engineering field
  • Provenance from consulting companies or recruitment agencies is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the English language


Other qualities, not less important, to be our ideal candidate:

  • Analysis and problem solving skills
  • Autonomy and proactivity
  • Good stress management
  • Ability to work by objectives
  • Ability to follow multiple activities simultaneously
  • Critical evaluation of one’s performance
  • Good relational and empathic skills
